Yes. Tihsia works with all Shopify plans — Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. We use Shopify's official OAuth API, the same mechanism as every trusted Shopify app. There's nothing to install manually. Connect with your Shopify admin credentials in under 2 minutes. We support all Shopify-managed product types, inventory locations, and customer lists. If you're on Shopify, we work.

Agents operate within boundaries you define — always. You set price floors and ceilings, minimum stock thresholds, email frequency limits, and approval requirements for large purchase orders. Every action is logged with a full reasoning trail so you can see exactly what the agent did and why. For the Reorder Agent specifically, you can set a PO approval mode where orders above a dollar threshold require your sign-off before sending. Mistakes are rare because agents are constrained, but every action is reversible from your dashboard.

Your store data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We're GDPR compliant and never sell data to third parties. The network intelligence layer uses anonymized, aggregated signals only — your specific product names, pricing, or customer data are never shared with other merchants. Your data is used to make your agents smarter, not to help competitors. We're a Shopify Partner and follow Shopify's security guidelines. You can request data deletion at any time.

Full control. Each agent has its own settings panel where you configure its behavior. For the Pricing Agent: set min/max price boundaries per product or category. For the Reorder Agent: set quantity triggers, max PO size, and supplier preferences. For the Email Agent: set send frequency, list segments, and tone. For the Dead Inventory Agent: set the age threshold (default 45 days) and max discount percentage. You can pause any individual agent without affecting the others, and you can review every decision the agents made in the activity log.

The network works like a weather service — it aggregates signals across connected stores to detect patterns, but no individual store's data is identifiable. When multiple stores selling pet supplies see a spike in searches for a specific product, Tihsia surfaces that trend. But your specific inventory levels, pricing, or customer list are never visible to other merchants. Think of it as contributing to a shared intelligence layer while keeping your competitive data private. The more stores participate, the more accurate the predictions — you benefit from the network while contributing only anonymized signals.

The 14-day free trial gives you full access to whatever plan you sign up for — all agents, all features, no limitations. No credit card required to start. You'll connect your Shopify store, configure your agents, and experience exactly what paid customers get. If you don't see value in 14 days, just don't enter a card. There's no auto-charge, no cancellation needed. After the trial, you choose a plan or your account goes to a read-only mode where you can still see your data.

Cancel anytime from your account settings in under 30 seconds. No cancellation fees, no lock-in periods, no need to call anyone.
